TERMS AND CONDITIONS Workshop Dates and Location: The workshop dates, time and location will be announced on the website in advance. Please check the website for upcoming workshops. Registration: Participants may register for a workshop by filling out the Registration Form provided on the website. Participation Fee: A participation fee will be charged and needs to be paid in full at the time of registration. Due receipts will be issued for payments received. Cancellation: A cancellation request must be made at least 15 days prior to the workshop. Please note: 10% amount will be deducted towards administration fee. No refund will be due if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the workshop. A participant may, however, transfer their registration to another participant with prior approval from the workshop organisers. Equipment: Participants are expected to bring their own camera equipment, including lenses, tripods, and memory cards. A list of recommended equipment will be provided prior to the workshop. Studio Equipment: No studio equipment must be taken out of the Studio at any time without the knowledge and express permission of the Management. Copyright: All photographs taken by participants during the workshop will remain the property of the participant. However, the workshop organisers reserve the right to use the photographs for promotional purposes with due credit given to the photographer. Conduct: Participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times i.e. before, during and after the workshop. The workshop organisers reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or disrespectful. A refund may not be made under these circumstances. Organisers’ Liability: Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the workshop. The workshop organisers will not be held responsible for any untoward incident or accidents that occur during the workshop. Weather: The workshop may take place in rain or shine. Participants must be prepared for changes in weather conditions and bring appropriate clothing and gear. Meals: Simple food will be provided during the workshop, the cost of which is included in the workshop fee. Accommodation: Outstation participants will be responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements in the city. Additional expenses incurred by participants, such as local conveyance and/or travel will be borne by the participants themselves. Change of Schedule: The workshop organisers reserve the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, location, or instructors if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes at least 7 days in advance. Privacy Policy
 Information Collection: We collect personal information from participants during the registration process, which includes name, email address, phone number, and payment related information. Use of Information: The personal information collected during registration is for the sole purpose of organising and conducting the photography workshop. This includes communicating with participants about workshop details and providing updates and information about future workshops or events. Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personal information to outside parties without prior consent from the participant, except in cases where we are required to do so by law or to protect our rights or property. Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information collected from participants during registration from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Access and Correction: Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information at any time. They can do this by contacting us at the email address provided on our website. Cookies: We may use cookies or similar technologies to track user behaviour and preferences on our website. This information is used to improve the user experience and to better understand user needs and interests. Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these websites and encourage participants to review the privacy policies of these sites before providing any personal information to the third parties in question. Refund and Cancellation Policies 
Refund Policy All refund requests must be submitted to the workshop organisers via email. If a participant cancels their registration 15 days or more prior to the workshop, they will receive a refund of fees paid with 10% amount deducted towards administrative fee. If the refund request is received less than 15 days before the workshop, no refund will be made. Bank details including IFSC code must be provided in the email. Refunds will be made to the participant within 15 days of receipt of the written request. Cancellation of Workshop The workshop organisers reserve the right to cancel the workshop at any time due to insufficient registration numbers or unforeseen circumstances. In the event the workshop is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. The workshop organisers will notify participants of any cancellations at the earliest and will provide updates on any rescheduling or future events. Participants agree to the above terms and conditions by registering for the workshop.
